We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing and administrative activities, assist in documentation and coordination tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the department. This role offers valuable exposure to marketing operations, client management, and internal workflow systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating MORF (Marketing Operations Request Forms) for campaign planning and execution.
• Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with the finance team.
• Support LPO (Local Purchase Order) creation, tracking approvals, and maintaining related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain CAM sheets (Cost Allocation or Campaign Activity Monitoring sheets) for project budgeting and performance tracking.
• Follow up with team members on deliverables, deadlines, and progress reports to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate marketing activities and event logistics.
• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
• Assist in research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have a visa with a validity of more than 6 months.
• Must be available in Dubai.
