We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily order processing, courier selection, and shipment dispatch operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Shopify orders and coordinating with courier services efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process daily orders received from Shopify</li><li>Verify customer details and confirm orders (if required)</li><li>Decide the most suitable courier service based on city, delivery performance, and cost</li><li>Generate shipping labels and prepare parcels for dispatch</li><li>Coordinate with courier companies (Leopards, TCS, Trax, etc.)</li><li>Ensure timely handover of parcels to courier riders</li><li>Track shipments and update delivery status</li><li>Handle return parcels and maintain return records</li><li>Monitor return rates and report issues</li><li>Maintain proper dispatch records and reports in Excel/Sheets</li></ul><ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred</li><li>Experience in e-commerce dispatch or logistics (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify or any order management system</li><li>Basic knowledge of courier companies in Pakistan</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
