Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily order processing, courier selection, and shipment dispatch operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Shopify orders and coordinating with courier services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders received from Shopify
• Verify customer details and confirm orders (if required)
• Decide the most suitable courier service based on city, delivery performance, and cost
• Generate shipping labels and prepare parcels for dispatch
• Coordinate with courier companies (Leopards, TCS, Trax, etc.)
• Ensure timely handover of parcels to courier riders
• Track shipments and update delivery status
• Handle return parcels and maintain return records
• Monitor return rates and report issues
• Maintain proper dispatch records and reports in Excel/Sheets

• Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience in e-commerce dispatch or logistics (preferred)
• Familiarity with Shopify or any order management system
• Basic knowledge of courier companies in Pakistan
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
