We are looking for disciplined, high-output professionals ready to execute this mission with speed and precision, specifically focusing on the client-side experience.The Role: Commando Full-Stack DeveloperAs a Full-Stack Developer, you are the backbone of the Commando Unit, responsible for executing across the entire application stack. You will seamlessly transition between building robust backend services and developing responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces. Your mission is to maximize speed and quality across development, deployment, and integration for the FundingDesk platform.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>End-to-End Feature Delivery: Own and rapidly deliver features from the database layer through to the user interface, adhering to the HQ/HS execution model.</li><li>Backend Engineering: Design, implement, and optimize scalable APIs, business logic, and database interactions (SQL/NoSQL).</li><li>Frontend Development: Build clean, intuitive, and highly responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks, ensuring an excellent user experience for complex financial dashboards.</li><li>AI Integration: Actively integrate deployed AI/ML models into the application workflow, enabling intelligent process management and automation.</li><li>Continuous Deployment: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure, and automated deployment across all environments.</li><li>Intelligent Optimization: Apply critical thinking to identify and implement &quot;intelligent shortcuts&quot; that collapse development time without sacrificing quality or security.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Technologies (The Stack)We are seeking Commandos with expertise across a modern, high-performance full-stack environment.Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), with experience in frameworks like Django/Flask (Python) or Express/NestJS (Node.js).Frontend Expertise: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks, particularly React (preferred) or Vue.js/Angular.Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization; familiarity with NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).DevOps &amp; Tools:<ul><li>Proficiency with version control (Git).</li><li>Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration.</li><li>Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li><li>Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).</li></ul>Who You Are: The Commando ProfileWe are seeking Commandos&mdash;disciplined, high-output professionals who view work as a mission.Discipline &amp; Focus: You are a high-discipline, high-output professional who executes with precision and accountability.Structure Preference: You crave clarity and prefer structure and autonomy over chaos and committee-driven environments.Velocity Mindset: You move fast and possess a proven ability to deliver complex features under pressure while maintaining high quality.AI-Fascination: You are genuinely fascinated by emerging AI tools and are eager to integrate them into daily development practices.Experience: Relevant professional experience for Senior levels in Full-Stack development.Schedule &amp; EnvironmentHours: Monday&ndash;Friday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM EST (8:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AM PKT).Environment: Full-day command-center sessions; synchronized, high-velocity production cycles.Positions: Full-time only (no part-time or freelance).Location: In-house or Remote.Why Join the CommandoSoft Mission?This is an opportunity to be part of the founding team building a Fintech product that will reshape automation and intelligence in finance.
