Senior Full Stack Developer

CommandoSoft, a new division of Digital To Design, is an elite software company redefining product creation through our High Quality / High Speed (HQ/HS) execution model. This is a call to join the founding Commando Unit to build our flagship product: FundingDesk.

FundingDesk is a next-generation, AI-powered platform set to revolutionize operational automation and intelligent process management within the Fintech industry. We are looking for disciplined, high-output professionals ready to execute this mission with speed and precision, specifically focusing on the client-side experience.

The Role: Commando Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer, you are the backbone of the Commando Unit, responsible for executing across the entire application stack. You will seamlessly transition between building robust backend services and developing responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces. Your mission is to maximize speed and quality across development, deployment, and integration for the FundingDesk platform.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Own and rapidly deliver features from the database layer through to the user interface, adhering to the HQ/HS execution model.
• Backend Engineering: Design, implement, and optimize scalable APIs, business logic, and database interactions (SQL/NoSQL).
• Frontend Development: Build clean, intuitive, and highly responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks, ensuring an excellent user experience for complex financial dashboards.
• AI Integration: Actively integrate deployed AI/ML models into the application workflow, enabling intelligent process management and automation.
• Continuous Deployment: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure, and automated deployment across all environments.
• Intelligent Optimization: Apply critical thinking to identify and implement "intelligent shortcuts" that collapse development time without sacrificing quality or security.

Required Skills & Technologies (The Stack)

We are seeking Commandos with expertise across a modern, high-performance full-stack environment.

Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), with experience in frameworks like Django/Flask (Python) or Express/NestJS (Node.js).

Frontend Expertise: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks, particularly React (preferred) or Vue.js/Angular.

Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization; familiarity with NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

DevOps & Tools:

• Proficiency with version control (Git).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Schedule & Environment

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT).

Environment: Full-day command-center sessions; synchronized, high-velocity production cycles.

Positions: Full-time only (no part-time or freelance).

Location: In-house or Remote.
