The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, recruitment, welfare programs, compliance, and supporting the plant's HR operations to ensure smooth functioning and employee satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manpower planning &amp; manpower deployment at the plant.</li><li>Hiring blue collars.</li><li>Attendance, shift scheduling &amp; payroll coordination</li><li>Employee engagement activities &amp; grievance handling</li><li>Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factory Act, contractor compliance</li><li>Recruitment &amp; onboarding for staff and workers</li><li>Ability to handle complex employee issues and resolve conflict</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws &amp; plant HR operations</li><li>MS Excel &amp; HRMS familiarity</li></ul>Contact: 6262700097Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
