Job Summary

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of EVA sheets and backsheets used in solar panels. We are hiring a Dispatch Head to handle complete dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and manage daily dispatches as per production and sales schedules

· Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers

· Ensure dispatch only after QC clearance and proper packaging

· Monitor dispatch records, stock movement, and pending deliveries

· Supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and helpers

· Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Sales teams

· Submit daily dispatch reports and highlight delays/issues

Key Skills & Requirements

· Proven experience in dispatch/logistics operations (manufacturing background mandatory)

· Strong knowledge of e-way bill and dispatch documentation

· Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, ERP preferred)

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience Required

· 3–6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations

Manufacturing or industrial or logistic experience required
