Dispatch Executive

We’re Hiring | Dispatch Executive

Company: Steel Works & Power Engineers (P) Ltd.
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh & Alwar, Rajasthan

Steel Works is looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in dispatch / logistics / store operations (preferably in steel or manufacturing industry)
• Graduate / Diploma preferred
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation, invoices, delivery challans, and E-way bills
• Strong coordination skills with transporters, stores, and production teams
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute dispatch of finished goods and materials
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoice, DC, E-way Bill, LR)
• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery
• Maintain dispatch records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and timelines
