We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Dispatch Executive who can efficiently manage stock records, coordinate dispatch of goods, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, and assist the Accounts Manager with basic accounting-related work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dispatch & Stock Management:

- Maintain accurate stock records, inward and outward entries, and inventory data.

- Coordinate dispatch of goods as per orders and delivery schedules.

- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans and invoices.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.

- Track dispatched materials and ensure timely delivery.

- Reconcile physical stock with system records.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Handle routine office administration activities.

- Maintain files, records, and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal departments.

- Manage emails, calls, and office correspondence.

Accounts Assistance:

- Assist the Accounts Manager in daily accounting activities.

- Support invoice preparation, billing, and data entry.

- Assist in ledger maintenance and payment follow-ups.

- Coordinate for GST, bills, and supporting documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

- 0–3 years of relevant experience.

- Basic knowledge of Tally, accounts and invoicing.

- Basic Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
