This is an entry-level role designed for someone who feels ready to take on more responsibility and make a real impact. You will work closely with our Vice President and play a key role in ensuring our purchasing and import processes run smoothly.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage purchase orders (POs) from creation to completion</li><li>Coordinate directly with suppliers and vendors, ensuring clear communication in English and Chinese</li><li>Organize and track all orders, imports, and shipments</li><li>Handle proper documentation for customs and compliance</li><li>Support the VP with supply chain planning and execution</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs</li><li>Grow into a leadership role as the company expands</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bilingual fluency in English &amp; Chinese (written and verbal required)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proactive, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or import/export is a plus but not required &mdash; we are open to training the right candidate</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Growth: This is not just an entry-level position.
