Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Purchasing / Supply Chain Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Chinese. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who feels ready to take on more responsibility and make a real impact. You will work closely with our Vice President and play a key role in ensuring our purchasing and import processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders (POs) from creation to completion
• Coordinate directly with suppliers and vendors, ensuring clear communication in English and Chinese
• Organize and track all orders, imports, and shipments
• Handle proper documentation for customs and compliance
• Support the VP with supply chain planning and execution
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Grow into a leadership role as the company expands

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English & Chinese (written and verbal required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or import/export is a plus but not required — we are open to training the right candidate
