We are in process of hiring Sr. Planning Engineer - Civil Engineer - Building(Al Dhafra International Projects Group Company - LLC)(Sr. Planning Engineer) with bellow Key Responsibilities &amp; qualifications:Job Summary:The Senior Planning Engineer &ndash; Civil plays a crucial role in managing and controlling the project schedule for building construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The role requires advanced planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project for all project phases.2. Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and time impact analysis for building construction projects.3. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to collect inputs and align construction activities with the project timeline.4. Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and prepare periodic progress reports including S-curves, histograms, and performance dashboards.5. Conduct delay analysis and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related documentation.6. Evaluate subcontractors' schedules and ensure integration into the master program.7. Attend project meetings and provide planning insights, forecasts, and progress updates to stakeholders.8. Ensure that the construction schedule accounts for all procurement, permitting, and resource constraints.9. Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track cost and schedule performance.10. Support risk management by identifying schedule risks and proposing mitigation strategies.11. Guide and mentor junior planning engineers on best practices and tools.Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of planning experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on building projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, high-rise, etc.).2. Expert user of Primavera P6 and proficient in MS Project.Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, methods, and site sequencing.3. Experience in delay analysis methodologies (e.g., TIA, impacted as planned).4. Excellent communication and reporting skills (verbal and written).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.5. Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and planning standards (AACEI, PMI) is desirable.6. Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, review, and develop electrical systems and layouts based on project requirements and applicable standards.</li><li>Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, load calculations, and BOQs.</li><li>Supervise on-site electrical works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design documents.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and civil teams to integrate electrical systems into the overall project.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material selection, technical approvals, and timely delivery.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and testing of installed electrical systems (e.g., cable routing, panels, lighting, grounding).</li><li>Assist in the commissioning of electrical systems and ensure proper documentation and handover.</li><li>Address technical queries, resolve issues during construction, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Support procurement by evaluating vendors and reviewing technical submittals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the Building &amp; MEP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, and electrical calculation software.</li><li>Familiarity with construction methods, safety procedures, and project documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and technical documents.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.</li><li>Good coordinator &amp; involve drawings.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.</li><li>Interpret survey data and compile notes, sketches, and records of survey results.</li><li>Determine property boundaries and provide data for construction, land development, and legal documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to support project planning and execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Operate and maintain survey equipment and tools.</li><li>Perform quality control checks and ensure the accuracy of all survey data.</li><li>Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS to process survey data and generate plans.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying or a related discipline.</li><li>Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, total station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).</li><li>Strong understanding of land use laws, property boundaries, and zoning regulations.</li><li>Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (if fieldwork is required).</li><li>Professional surveyor license (PLS) or equivalent certification is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
