Your primary responsibility will be identifying property owners who are interested in selling and negotiating favorable terms for both parties so we can purchase the property as investments. This position requires a blend of out-of-the-box thinking, sharp communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on the company&rsquo;s growth and the well-being of the communities we serve.You&rsquo;ll be speaking with inbound leads, managing follow-up over the phone, and building relationships with sellers over time&mdash;not just one call. This role requires someone who can stay organized, follow up consistently, and move conversations forward.A typical week includes running in-person appointments, evaluating properties, and working toward getting agreements signed.You are not responsible for generating your own leads&mdash;your job is to convert the opportunities in front of you.Growth &amp; OpportunityThis role is hands-on experience in real estate investing. You&rsquo;ll learn how to evaluate deals, negotiate directly with sellers, and understand how properties are acquired for flips and long-term rentals. A optional draw will be available during your ramp-up period while you build your pipeline. At minimum performance expectations, this role is designed to produce $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earnings.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow up on leads and appointments over the phone and in-person.</li><li>Identify property owners who are looking to sell and negotiate favorable terms.</li><li>Think creatively to solve challenges and find the best solutions for clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with business and customer contacts, ensuring high client satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct on-site evaluations and negotiations.</li><li>Manage your pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Diligently follow up with clients, documenting all interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Educate potential clients on how we can assist them and explain our process.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to continually improve client service and satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure a smooth transition for clients from initial contact to closing.</li></ul>Performance Expectations:<ul><li>Achieve or exceed KPIs and sales targets, consistently closing deals.</li><li>Accurately document client information in CRM at the end of each day.</li><li>Provide consistent follow-up with all qualified prospects.</li><li>Keep sales stats and pipeline updated daily to track progress.</li></ul>At minimum performance expectations, this role is designed to produce $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earnings.Requirements:<ul><li>Proven track record of sales success</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person.</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to client needs.</li><li>Adaptability to new sales processes, technologies, and strategies.</li><li>Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively.</li><li>A passion for helping others and building lasting relationships.</li><li>Reliable personal vehicle with valid drivers license</li></ul>At minimum performance expectations, this role is designed to produce $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earnings.Location:<ul><li>Must be based in or willing to commute to Lakeview office in Chicago, Illinois.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, 40-45 hours per week.
