In this role, you’ll be working directly with property owners who are already considering selling. You’ll manage conversations from the first call through the final agreement—qualifying opportunities, meeting sellers in person, and negotiating deals in a way that works for both sides.

Role Overview:
The Real Estate Acquisition Associate will focus on following up with leads assigned for you daily. Your primary responsibility will be identifying property owners who are interested in selling and negotiating favorable terms for both parties so we can purchase the property as investments. This position requires a blend of out-of-the-box thinking, sharp communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and the well-being of the communities we serve.
You’ll be speaking with inbound leads, managing follow-up over the phone, and building relationships with sellers over time—not just one call. This role requires someone who can stay organized, follow up consistently, and move conversations forward.
A typical week includes running in-person appointments, evaluating properties, and working toward getting agreements signed.
You are not responsible for generating your own leads—your job is to convert the opportunities in front of you.
Growth & Opportunity
This role is hands-on experience in real estate investing. You’ll learn how to evaluate deals, negotiate directly with sellers, and understand how properties are acquired for flips and long-term rentals. If your goal is to eventually do your own deals or build a rental portfolio, this role gives you direct exposure to that process.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role built for individuals who want control over their income. A optional draw will be available during your ramp-up period while you build your pipeline.
At minimum performance expectations, this role is designed to produce $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earnings.
