Project Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare project schedules, BOQ, and resource planning.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for material delivery and manpower.</li></ul>2. Installation &amp; Execution<ul><li>Meticulously install and commission solar panel systems, ensuring precise mounting, secure electrical connections, and seamless integration of monitoring systems.</li><li>Conduct thorough site assessments to determine optimal system design and feasibility, providing expert recommendations to clients.</li><li>Conduct detailed site surveys (roof structure, shading, load capacity, electrical points).</li></ul>3. Quality Checks &amp; Testing<ul><li>Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Validate electrical connections, earthing, and performance ratios.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, material records, and checklists.</li><li>Prepare completion reports and handover documentation.</li></ul>5. Client &amp; Department Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with clients regarding project progress and technical queries.</li><li>Coordinate with DISCOM for net metering, inspections, and approvals.</li></ul>6. Post-Installation Support<ul><li>Assist in system monitoring, performance evaluation, and maintenance as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of solar components (modules, inverters, structures).</li><li>Ability to read SLDs, layout drawings, and electrical diagrams.</li><li>Good communication and team management skills.</li><li>Problem-solving ability and willingness to travel to project sites.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Panditwari, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
