We are hiring an AI Trainer to train school teachers to confidently teach AI &amp; Generative AI in classrooms. This role focuses on practical workshops, coaching, and creating classroom-ready resources.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Train teachers on AI fundamentals, GenAI, and prompt skills (classroom-focused)</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and deliver workshops, demo lessons, and follow-up coaching sessions</li></ul><ul><li>Create teacher resources: lesson plans, activities, worksheets, rubrics, and guides</li></ul><ul><li>Support teachers to integrate AI into subjects (ICT/CS, Science, English, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure Responsible AI practices: privacy, bias awareness, safe use, academic integrity</li></ul><ul><li>Track progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Education / Computer Science / IT / STEM) &mdash; Master&rsquo;s preferred</li></ul><ul><li>2+ years experience in teacher training, workshops, or instructional coaching</li></ul><ul><li>Strong AI/GenAI understanding with hands-on tool experience (ChatGPT/Gemini/Copilot, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, teacher-friendly language</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with education tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft/LMS)</li></ul><ul><li>Certifications (Preferred): AI/ML, Instructional Design, Google/Microsoft Educator, or relevant PD certifications</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li></ul><ul><li>Professional growth and leadership opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive team + access to tools and training resources</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
