Cluster School Manager

Key Responsibilities

School establishment and campus setup support.

Coordination with school leadership teams.

School operations monitoring and mentoring.

Reporting and performance tracking.

Training, guidance, and support for school staff.

Event planning and management.

Monitoring & evaluation of school performance.

Ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

Franchise sales and business development exposure.

Requirements

Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in school operations, management, or educational leadership.

Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel between campuses.

Preferred Skills: School Operations, Monitoring & Evaluation, Training, Event Management, Reporting, Coordination, and Franchise Development.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
