We&rsquo;re a growing manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves, and we&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our team in a hybrid design and support role.This is not your average CAD desk job. You&rsquo;ll be working closely with the production floor, creating mechanical drawings in both 2D and 3D CAD software, pulling BOMs, and supporting each job through the full production process. You&rsquo;ll see your designs become real parts just steps away from your desk.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Create accurate mechanical drawings and 3D models for parts that will be manufactured in-house.</li><li>Build complete drawing packages and BOMs for each project.</li><li>Collaborate with machinists and troubleshoot issues during production.</li><li>Design and build custom products and prototypes.</li><li>Support and improve our facility equipment and tooling.</li><li>Solve problems with creativity and curiosity (yes, Googling counts).</li><li>Organize and manage steel, seals, tooling, and production parts using our KANBAN system (includes setting up shelving, bins, and labeling tools consistently).</li><li>Ensure documentation and tooling descriptions are consistent across setup sheets, purchase orders, and KANBAN tickets.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable getting your hands dirty.</li><li>Proficient (or eager to become proficient) in CAD (2D and 3D).</li><li>A natural problem-solver who takes initiative.</li><li>Organized and reliable.</li></ul>Bonus Points For:<ul><li>Experience with G-code or machining.</li><li>Familiarity with KANBAN systems.</li><li>Any background in mechanical design, fabrication, or machine shop work.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:We care more about what you can do than what&rsquo;s on your r&eacute;sum&eacute;.
