The right candidate will help create a welcoming environment while also assisting with light bookkeeping responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and assist with incoming phone calls in a professional manner</li><li>Greet clients and provide a positive, welcoming experience</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Assist with ordering and managing inventory</li><li>Prepare and send invoices</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments</li><li>Process client payments and handle basic billing tasks</li><li>Perform general administrative duties as needed</li><li>Support light bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:We value someone who is approachable, dependable, and enjoys building relationships with clients.
