Administrative assistant / bookkeeping / customer service

Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 25–30 hours per week (Part-Time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The right candidate will help create a welcoming environment while also assisting with light bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and assist with incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet clients and provide a positive, welcoming experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist with ordering and managing inventory
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Process client payments and handle basic billing tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Support light bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
