We value teamwork, growth, and a shared commitment to helping others&mdash;both within our organization and through the patients we serve.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about patient care and research excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruit, screen, enroll, and retain study participants</li><li>Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through close-out</li><li>Obtain informed consent and ensure protocol compliance</li><li>Prepare, dispense, and/or administer investigational medications, injections, and treatments per protocol</li><li>Accurately collect and enter data into study databases (EDC)</li><li>Maintain and organize regulatory binders and study documentation</li><li>Monitor patient safety and report adverse events</li><li>Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators</li><li>Manage multiple studies efficiently in a fast-paced setting</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of clinical research experience (required)</li><li>Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>A strong team player who enjoys helping others</li><li>Highly motivated and dependable</li><li>Excellent communicator and problem-solver</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li><li>401K match</li><li>Bonuses</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Clinical research: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77061: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
