Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about patient care and research excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, enroll, and retain study participants
• Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through close-out
• Obtain informed consent and ensure protocol compliance
• Prepare, dispense, and/or administer investigational medications, injections, and treatments per protocol
• Accurately collect and enter data into study databases (EDC)
• Maintain and organize regulatory binders and study documentation
• Monitor patient safety and report adverse events
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators
• Manage multiple studies efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 2–5 years of clinical research experience (required)
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator preferred
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
