Now Hiring: Vehicle Acquisition Caller (Commission Only)Discovery Nissan &ndash; 631 S Post Rd Shelby NC 28150We are seeking motivated, self-driven &ldquo;Callers&rdquo; to help us purchase vehicles from private sellers across online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, and similar platforms.This is a full-time, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential&mdash;your income is directly tied to your performance. We are filling multiple openings and plan to hire and begin training within the next few days.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Contacting private vehicle sellers online</li><li>Gathering complete vehicle details, including:</li><li>VIN number</li><li>Mileage</li><li>Overall condition</li><li>Accident history</li><li>Mechanical and cosmetic issues</li><li>Negotiating purchase prices with sellers</li><li>Accurately documenting all vehicle information for the dealership</li><li>Communicating consistently with management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Your own computer/laptop</li><li>An established Facebook account</li><li>A reliable cell phone</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and disciplined (this is not a casual job)</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage daily goals</li><li>Local to Shelby NC or willing to drive to the dealership when scheduled, you will be working at the dealership.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Commission only (no cap &ndash; sky is the limit)</li><li>Training period includes a draw for the first few weeks</li><li>After training, compensation is 100% commission</li><li>Serious earners thrive in this role</li></ul>Who This Job Is For<ul><li>Individuals who want performance-based income</li><li>People who are comfortable talking to strangers and negotiating</li><li>Self-starters who don&rsquo;t need constant supervision</li><li>Hard workers who want to control their earnings</li></ul>Who This Job Is NOT For<ul><li>Anyone looking for hourly or &ldquo;guaranteed&rdquo; pay</li><li>People who struggle with follow-up or accountability</li><li>Those who aren&rsquo;t comfortable negotiating or handling objections</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re driven, reliable, and ready to work hard, we want to hear from you.If you&rsquo;re interested, please text Grace at 828-513-7193 with your name and the date and time that work best for an interview.
