Now Hiring: Vehicle Acquisition Caller (Commission Only)

We are seeking motivated, self-driven “Callers” to help us purchase vehicles from private sellers across online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, and similar platforms.

This is a full-time, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential—your income is directly tied to your performance. We are filling multiple openings and plan to hire and begin training within the next few days.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contacting private vehicle sellers online
• Gathering complete vehicle details, including:
• VIN number
• Mileage
• Overall condition
• Accident history
• Mechanical and cosmetic issues
• Negotiating purchase prices with sellers
• Accurately documenting all vehicle information for the dealership
• Communicating consistently with management

Requirements

• Your own computer/laptop
• An established Facebook account
• A reliable cell phone
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated and disciplined (this is not a casual job)
• Ability to work independently and manage daily goals
• Local to Shelby NC or willing to drive to the dealership when scheduled, you will be working at the dealership.

Compensation

• Commission only (no cap – sky is the limit)
• Training period includes a draw for the first few weeks
• After training, compensation is 100% commission
