We offer infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age programs in a warm, caring, and enriching environment that promotes early childhood development and learning.Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our dynamic team. This position will be full time- 40 hours. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young minds while ensuring their well-being through attentive caregiving and effective classroom management.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers.</li><li>Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom by adhering to health and safety standards at all times.</li><li>Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development.</li><li>Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism.</li><li>Apply behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to plan activities that align with early childhood education best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, specifically with toddlers or infants is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs of toddlers.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.</li><li>Passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment.
