Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our dynamic team. This position will be full time- 40 hours. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young minds while ensuring their well-being through attentive caregiving and effective classroom management.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers.
• Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom by adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development.
• Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism.
• Apply behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children.
• Collaborate with team members to plan activities that align with early childhood education best practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, specifically with toddlers or infants is a plus.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs of toddlers.
• Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
