We&rsquo;re currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Staging Consultant to join our team and transform properties into market-ready showpieces.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with homeowners, agents, and design teams to stage homes for sale</li><li>Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance property appeal</li><li>Provide on-site staging and styling services</li><li>Create customized staging plans based on property layout and target market</li><li>Offer recommendations for minor repairs, paint colors, and lighting enhancements</li><li>Manage inventory of staging materials and coordinate delivery/pickup as needed</li><li>Maintain awareness of interior design trends and local real estate market</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or real estate preferred</li><li>Strong visual and spatial design skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li><li>Comfortable with technology, learn virtual photo staging software</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to lift/move staging materials</li><li>Flexible schedule, including availability for short-notice staging needs</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree or certification in Interior Design or related field</li><li>Portfolio of past staging or design work</li><li>Familiarity with real estate photography and marketing</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
