Home Staging Consultant

We help homeowners, real estate agents, and property investors showcase their properties in the best light. We’re currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Staging Consultant to join our team and transform properties into market-ready showpieces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with homeowners, agents, and design teams to stage homes for sale
• Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance property appeal
• Provide on-site staging and styling services
• Create customized staging plans based on property layout and target market
• Offer recommendations for minor repairs, paint colors, and lighting enhancements
• Manage inventory of staging materials and coordinate delivery/pickup as needed
• Maintain awareness of interior design trends and local real estate market

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or real estate preferred
• Strong visual and spatial design skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable with technology, learn virtual photo staging software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift/move staging materials
• Flexible schedule, including availability for short-notice staging needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Interior Design or related field
• Portfolio of past staging or design work
• Familiarity with real estate photography and marketing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
