<p></p><div><div><div>Facility Support works to create a clean, orderly and safe working environment by performing a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance activities inside and outside the building.
</div></div><div><div><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Performs basic cleaning in and around the building.</div></li><li><div>
Properly sanitizes areas.</div></li><li><div>
Cleans floors and rooms, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows.</div></li><li><div>
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
</div></li><li><div>Cleans and maintain the breakroom.</div></li><li><div>
Cleans the refrigerator and restocks all utensils.
</div></li><li><div>Empties trash and replaces liners throughout the building.</div></li><li><div>
Stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.</div></li><li><div>
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.</div></li><li><div>
Mops, cleans, waxes, and maintains all floors.</div></li><li><div>
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.</div></li><li><div>
Reports any facility malfunctions or issues.</div></li><li><div>
Follows all health and safety regulations.</div></li><li><div>
Performs additional duties as needed.
</div></li></ul><p></p><div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Two (2) or more years of relevant cleaning/maintenance experience.</div></li><li><div>
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license or have reliable transportation.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery including floor scrubber and buffer.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).</div></li><li><div>
Attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Integrity and ability to work independently.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to perform all functions of the job classification without posing a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
