Job Functions:Essential Duties [95%]<ul><li>Serves incoming students with housing, transportation, and other resources to support their enrollment process.</li><li>Schedules student labs &amp; physicals for incoming class.</li><li>Secures POGs for incoming students.</li><li>Attends all stitch in meetings to stay in the loop on potential needs and follow-ups per Admissions directions.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly productivity in the key result areas of the admissions process as mandated by the Director of Admissions (outgoing/incoming calls, setting appointments, conducting interviews, tours and enrolling students)</li><li>Recruit students for Divers Institute of Technology (DIT) by responding to all incoming calls, internet inquiries, and other advertising sources from prospective students.</li><li>Provide program information to prospective students including but not limited to the DIT catalog, admissions application, and financial aid paperwork.</li><li>Address any issues or concerns raised by prospective students or parents of students regarding cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures or cancellation policy.</li><li>Utilize customer service techniques with prospective students to encourage campus visits, virtual visits as well as application of admission.</li><li>Arrange and conduct individual interviews with prospective students virtually.</li><li>Maintain appropriate follow-up communication with the prospective students regarding the status of their application for admission, financial aid and dive physical status.</li><li>Maintain records of calls made, calls received, and issues/concerns addressed within the educational software provided.</li><li>Effectively and accurately communicate school policies, processes and procedures relating to the various student support services including part-time and graduate employment, financial aid, housing, etc.</li><li>Make outbound telephone calls to recycled, long term holds and other call lists as delivered by the Director of Admissions.</li><li>Audit and maintain all required admissions documents including but not limited to the copy of the high school diploma/GED, interview questionnaire, admissions application</li><li>Audit and complete initial academic file for enrolled students.</li></ul>Marginal Duties [5%]<ul><li>Attend DIT open houses, additional high school career fairs and other promotional/marketing events as scheduled by the Director of Admissions.</li><li>Interact with current student body to answer any questions and give direction as necessary.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Must possess excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must possess excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Must be proficient in multi-tasking.</li><li>Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-through and self-discipline.</li><li>Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
