Job Summary-Must hold an active Florida Registered or Practical Nurse License, and one (1) year experience working as a nurse. will Only be teaching in live classroom 1 or 2 a month. we will offer a flat rate pay. This is a contract position to start. Must be bilingual English and spanish.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Medical Teacher /Class Trainers to inspire and educate future healthcare professionals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to medical education excellence while fostering a dynamic learning environment. classes we offer are HHA, EKG, Phlebotomy, CNA review.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and deliver high-quality classroom training sessions tailored to medical students or trainees</li><li>Design curriculum materials, assessments, and practical exercises that align with current medical standards and best practices</li><li>Facilitate interactive learning activities to promote critical thinking and application of medical concepts</li><li>Evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth</li><li>Collaborate with academic staff and healthcare professionals to ensure curriculum relevance and up-to-date content</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes for all trainees</li><li>Stay informed about advancements in medical education techniques and incorporate innovative teaching methods</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior university experience in teaching or training medical students or healthcare professionals is highly desirable</li><li>Proven ability to communicate complex medical topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences</li><li>Experience designing curriculum content, assessments, or practical training modules in a healthcare setting</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes or training sessions simultaneously</li><li>Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous professional development in the medical field</li><li>Must hold an active Florida Registered or Practical Nurse License, and one (1) year experience working as a nurse</li><li>Must be bilingual English and Spanish.</li><li>CPR/BLS Certified</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>hospital: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>english and spanish (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>RN or LPN License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Haines City, FL 33844 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
