Medical education -Class Trainer

Job Summary-Must hold an active Florida Registered or Practical Nurse License, and one (1) year experience working as a nurse. will Only be teaching in live classroom 1 or 2 a month. we will offer a flat rate pay. This is a contract position to start. Must be bilingual English and spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality classroom training sessions tailored to medical students or trainees
• Design curriculum materials, assessments, and practical exercises that align with current medical standards and best practices
• Facilitate interactive learning activities to promote critical thinking and application of medical concepts
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
• Collaborate with academic staff and healthcare professionals to ensure curriculum relevance and up-to-date content
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes for all trainees
• Stay informed about advancements in medical education techniques and incorporate innovative teaching methods

Experience

• Prior university experience in teaching or training medical students or healthcare professionals is highly desirable
• Proven ability to communicate complex medical topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Experience designing curriculum content, assessments, or practical training modules in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes or training sessions simultaneously
• Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous professional development in the medical field
• Must hold an active Florida Registered or Practical Nurse License, and one (1) year experience working as a nurse
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
• CPR/BLS Certified

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
