Job Summary<ul><li>This individual will train team members assigned for new and retraining.</li></ul>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform fundamental assembly training to existing and new hire employees</li><li>Audit the condition of training equipment in area of responsibility and report any problems or safety concerns to a Training Generalist and/or following proper change of command. May be required to assist in the repair and maintenance of the training equipment</li><li>Maintain record keeping as required</li><li>Communicate any training delays or problems immediately to a Training Generalist and/or following proper chain of command</li><li>Facilitate communication between Diversity Vuteq management and Team Members</li><li>Verify that all employees in the area are working safely and according to established standards</li><li>Insure that established work standards are being followed, and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met</li><li>No filling in for absentee, no giving breaks or lunches</li><li>Initial process training for the team they are assigned by new proof standards</li><li>Must be able to upkeep training sheets and training records per team member</li><li>Standard work refresher training &amp; tracking</li><li>Retrains and tracking for failed audits, noncons, safe launch findings</li><li>Perform other duties assigned</li></ul>Job QualificationsExperience<ul><li>Related experience preferred, not required</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</li></ul>Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English, Verbally and Writing</li><li>Strong confidentiality skills</li><li>Organizational and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Professionalism</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and other policies</li><li>Ability to follow leadership direction</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop frequently</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop up to 12 hours daily</li></ul>Other<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
