Job Summary
- This individual will train team members assigned for new and retraining.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform fundamental assembly training to existing and new hire employees
- Audit the condition of training equipment in area of responsibility and report any problems or safety concerns to a Training Generalist and/or following proper change of command. May be required to assist in the repair and maintenance of the training equipment
- Maintain record keeping as required
- Communicate any training delays or problems immediately to a Training Generalist and/or following proper chain of command
- Facilitate communication between Diversity Vuteq management and Team Members
- Verify that all employees in the area are working safely and according to established standards
- Insure that established work standards are being followed, and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met
- No filling in for absentee, no giving breaks or lunches
- Initial process training for the team they are assigned by new proof standards
- Must be able to upkeep training sheets and training records per team member
- Standard work refresher training & tracking
- Retrains and tracking for failed audits, noncons, safe launch findings
- Perform other duties assigned
Job Qualifications
Experience
- Related experience preferred, not required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Other
- High School Diploma or GED required
