We are committed to helping our patients look and feel their best through customized treatment plans and exceptional care.Position OverviewDIVINE is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, laser technology, patient education, and delivering exceptional results. This individual will provide a variety of aesthetic treatments while creating an outstanding patient experience and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans</li><li>Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments</li><li>Perform laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, vascular treatments, and other energy-based procedures within scope of practice</li><li>Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care</li><li>Recommend and sell professional skincare products to support treatment outcomes</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation within the EMR system</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry advancements</li><li>Assist with social media content creation, patient photos, and marketing initiatives when appropriate</li><li>Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience and optimize patient retention</li><li>Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking aesthetic and retail inventory as needed</li><li>Help develop and maintain treatment protocols, standards of care, and operational procedures</li><li>Serve as a mentor and resource for new aestheticians and laser technicians joining the practice</li><li>Participate in the onboarding, training, and continued development of future aesthetic team members to ensure consistency in patient care, treatment outcomes, and the DIVINE experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Missouri Esthetician License required</li><li>Laser certification preferred (or willingness to obtain additional training)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice</li><li>Experience performing advanced skincare treatments and laser procedures</li><li>Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols</li><li>Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills</li><li>Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor</li><li>Strong sales and retail skincare experience preferred</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued professional growth</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities</li><li>Ongoing training, mentorship, and continuing education support</li><li>Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding Med Spa and Wellness Center</li><li>Modern, luxurious work environment</li><li>Employee discounts on treatments, skincare products, and wellness services</li><li>Supportive team culture focused on excellence and patient care</li></ul>Job Type: Full-TimeBenefits<ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Employee Discounts</li><li>Professional Continuing Education</li></ul>Ready to grow your career with a practice that values excellence, education, and exceptional patient care?
