Position Overview

DIVINE is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, laser technology, patient education, and delivering exceptional results. This individual will provide a variety of aesthetic treatments while creating an outstanding patient experience and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments
• Perform laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, vascular treatments, and other energy-based procedures within scope of practice
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products to support treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation within the EMR system
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry advancements
• Assist with social media content creation, patient photos, and marketing initiatives when appropriate
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience and optimize patient retention
• Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking aesthetic and retail inventory as needed
• Help develop and maintain treatment protocols, standards of care, and operational procedures
• Serve as a mentor and resource for new aestheticians and laser technicians joining the practice
• Participate in the onboarding, training, and continued development of future aesthetic team members to ensure consistency in patient care, treatment outcomes, and the DIVINE experience

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Esthetician License required
• Laser certification preferred (or willingness to obtain additional training)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice
• Experience performing advanced skincare treatments and laser procedures
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong sales and retail skincare experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued professional growth
