Laser Specialist (Medical Esthetician)

Advanced Med Spa Lounge is looking for an experienced Laser Specialist who is passionate about skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and helping clients achieve long-term results.

We are open to hiring an exceptional provider or partnering with an established esthetician who wants to operate within a beautiful Med Spa without the burden of monthly room rent.

Services You May Perform

We are seeking a provider with hands-on experience operating advanced medical laser platforms for aesthetic skin treatments. Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly preferred:

• Nd:YAG lasers for vascular lesions, facial veins, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and collagen stimulation
• Er:YAG lasers for ablative and fractional skin resurfacing
• Fractional laser resurfacing
• Laser treatment of pigmented lesions
• Vascular lesion treatments
• Acne scar revision
• Surgical and traumatic scar revision
• Stretch mark treatments
• Skin resurfacing and texture refinement
• Laser-based collagen remodeling and skin tightening
• Comprehensive laser consultations and customized treatment planning

Experience operating one or more of the following laser platforms is highly desirable:

• Candela GentleMax Pro
• Fotona
• Sciton (JOULE, BBL®, MOXI®, HALO®, Contour TRL™)
• Cutera
• Lutronic
• Alma Lasers
• Cynosure
• Aerolase Neo Elite
• Lumenis
• Or comparable FDA-cleared medical laser systems

Additional experience with the following is considered a plus, but is not the primary focus of this position:

• Electrolysis
• IPL / Photofacial treatments
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Medical-grade facials
• Advanced skincare protocols
• Radiofrequency skin tightening
• Body contouring technologies

Qualifications

• Active Florida license appropriate for your scope of practice
• Demonstrated experience operating advanced medical laser systems, particularly Nd:YAG and Er:YAG technologies
• Experience performing laser skin resurfacing, scar revision, vascular treatments, pigmentation correction, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation
• Experience with one or more industry-leading platforms such as Candela, Fotona, Sciton, Cutera, Lutronic, Alma, Cynosure, Aerolase, or Lumenis
• Electrolysis license strongly preferred
• Excellent consultation, assessment, and patient communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
• Providers who own or have access to their own laser equipment or aesthetic devices are strongly encouraged to apply. Bringing your own FDA-cleared laser platform or specialized treatment equipment is considered a significant advantage and may create additional partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and skin assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Perform advanced facial and laser treatments
• Educate clients on skincare and home care
• Recommend treatment packages and skincare products
• Maintain treatment records and follow all safety protocols
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive retention and referrals
