Ann Webb Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced, passionate Licensed Esthetician/Laser Technician to join our established and growing medical spa team in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities

• Perform IPL treatments, including photofacials and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment expectations, and pre- and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and results.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory in accordance with Texas sanitation and safety regulations.
• Assist with scheduling, answering phones, booking appointments, and front desk support as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an outstanding client experience from consultation through follow-up.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Texas Esthetician License.
• Current Texas Laser Technician License.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in aesthetics.
• Formal IPL training with hands-on treatment experience.
• Extensive skincare knowledge and the ability to recommend customized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work 4 days per week (Wednesday–Saturday).

Preferred:

• Additional certifications or experience in:
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Permanent Makeup
• Lash Extensions
• Body Contouring/Cavitation
• Other advanced aesthetic treatments

Schedule

• Part-time
• 4 days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Wednesday–Saturday
• Typical hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Austin, TX 78759 or plan to relocate prior to their start date.
