Halcyon Mind+Body is a med spa located in Downtown Superior (Highway 36 & McCaslin). Our spa provides a haven of indulgence and renewal, where guests are invited to experience a comprehensive range of spa treatments tailored to their individual needs. Our sanctuary of mindfulness and self-care embraces our guests with an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and inner calm. Natural elements, soft lighting, and attention to detail create an environment that promotes relaxation and connection. Guests experience an authentic spa experience, including a halotherapy salt den and relaxation lounge.

Position Overview:

As a Medical Esthetician, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and rejuvenating treatments to our valued guests. Your role will play an essential part in helping our guests relax, revitalize, and restore their natural balance through customized facials and skincare treatments. In addition, you’ll get to work with industry leading technology for skin imaging, stem cell facials, microneedling, laser treatments, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments tailored to guests' individual needs.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create an atmosphere of sensory delight.
• Educate guests about skincare products and aftercare routines resulting in retail and membership sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and workspace.
• Keep up-to-date records of treatments and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless spa experience.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado State Licensed Esthetician.
• Certifications in microneedling, cosmetic lasers, chemical peels.
• Experience with medical-grade aesthetic services.
• Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-driven professional.
• Passion for working with people and providing outstanding guest service.
• High energy and enthusiasm for the spa industry.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a genuine passion for the spa and guest service industry.
