Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Must be familar with Candela GentleMax Pro Plus
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support ongoing skin health
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas between clients
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized treatment plans that foster trust and satisfaction
• Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client results and increase revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in laser treatments from an accredited program
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, spa services, and aesthetic laser technology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and explain treatment options clearly
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety procedures in all treatments
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for continuing education in esthetics, new treatment techniques, and product knowledge
