Part-Time Esthetician & Laser Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who excels at providing high-end aesthetic treatments while building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Treatments: Perform Laser Hair Removal with precision and a focus on patient safety, along with chemical peels, microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic services.
• Consultations: Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Content Creation: Actively capture high-quality "Before & After" content and film short-form video (Reels/TikToks) of treatments to showcase results and educate our audience.
• Patient Care: Educate clients on proper pre- and post-treatment care and medical-grade skincare products.
• Operations: Maintain detailed electronic medical records and ensure the treatment room is consistently sanitized and stocked to luxury standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensing: Active Texas Esthetician License and Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician Certificate (Required).
• Experience: 1–2 years in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting. A Senior or Professional Laser designation is a plus.
• Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick typing, and laser safety.
• Social Media Savvy: Comfort behind the camera and experience creating aesthetic, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a "client-first" mentality and an eye for modern, moody, or organic visual aesthetics.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule.
