Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

LÚA Aesthetics + Laser is looking for a passionate, experienced Licensed Esthetician and Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is committed to providing exceptional client care and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our practice.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Active Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician License
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics and laser treatments
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping clients achieve their goals
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial treatments including:
• Dermaplaning
• DiamondGlow
• HydraFacial
• Chemical peels
• Customized facial treatments
• Perform aesthetic treatments including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• IPL Photofacials
• Microneedling
• RF Microneedling (if experienced)
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare products, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxurious client experience
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and patient care
• Work collaboratively with the LÚA Aesthetics + Laser team
