The Aesthetician position is responsible for providing patients with thorough consultations while offering the utmost care and incredible client experience. Treatments offered consist of; Our Signature Facial, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, VI Peel, Laser Hair Removal, and more. Advanced training is provided by device and product educators as well as Antalee's aesthetics trainers. Training is ongoing as Antalee places a high value and priority on maintaining the most elite, experienced, and professional team of Aestheticians.

Duties

• Provide safe and effective treatments (including Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal, facials, chemical peels, VI peel, microneedling, and dermaplaning)
• Ability to meet sales goals
• Provide proper follow up with clients
• Attend monthly team meetings and trainings
• Follow all company policies and protocols
• Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment
• Maintain accurate records of client services
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and common areas to ensure a clean & safe environment for clients & team members.

Requirements

• IL state issued esthetic license
• 2+ years of experience
• Proven sales abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with a team

Skilled in:

• Facials
• Microneedling
• Laser Hair Removal
• Dermaplaning
• Hydrafacial
• Chemical Peels

Compensation Details:

• 10% commission on services and product sales
