Experienced Medical Aesthetician

Our luxury medical spa offers advanced aesthetic, laser, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and wellness treatments. We are looking for an experienced, professional, and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

Position Overview
We are seeking an aesthetician with a strong background in skincare, facial treatments, body treatments, and aesthetic devices. The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, sales-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent results and a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, skin analysis, and advanced skincare services

Perform consultations and recommend customized treatment plans and home-care products

Assist with laser, body contouring, and device-based treatments within scope of practice

Maintain accurate client records and before/after documentation

Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room

Support sales of skincare products, packages, and treatment plans

Work closely with providers and the front desk team to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetician experience is required

Valid New York State Esthetician License

Strong knowledge of skincare, facials, peels, body treatments, and treatment planning

Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service mindset

Ability to build client trust and recommend appropriate services and products

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury med spa environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Strong Plus

Experience or knowledge of Fotona laser treatments is a strong plus

Experience with medical-grade skincare lines

Experience with body contouring, RF, laser, or other aesthetic devices

Sales experience in a med spa or luxury beauty environment

Compensation
