Divine Design

Responsibilities of Candidate include:<ul><li>Design Development: Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs and concepts.</li><li>Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed blueprints, construction documents, and specifications using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.</li><li>Project Coordination: Coordinate details of architectural projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between team members and other consultants, such as engineers.</li><li>Site Visits and Analysis: Conduct site visits to assess progress, gather information, and perform site analysis for projects.</li><li>Research and Code Compliance: Research and apply relevant building codes, regulations, and construction methods to ensure projects are compliant.</li><li>Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing presentations, drawings, and reports for client approval.</li><li>Material and Budget Support: Research materials, assist in creating project schedules and budgets, and contribute to project proposals.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, Escape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.</li><li>Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with senior architects and other professionals.</li><li>Problem-Solving: A solution-oriented approach to address design challenges and project issues.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in drawings, documents, and project coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of Building Codes: Understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and local regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).</li><li>Experience: Entry-level positions that provide practical experience and Fresher can also apply.</li><li>Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design work and technical skills can be a significant asset.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
