Junior Architect

Responsibilities of Candidate include:

• Design Development: Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs and concepts.
• Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed blueprints, construction documents, and specifications using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate details of architectural projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between team members and other consultants, such as engineers.
• Site Visits and Analysis: Conduct site visits to assess progress, gather information, and perform site analysis for projects.
• Research and Code Compliance: Research and apply relevant building codes, regulations, and construction methods to ensure projects are compliant.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing presentations, drawings, and reports for client approval.
• Material and Budget Support: Research materials, assist in creating project schedules and budgets, and contribute to project proposals.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, Escape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with senior architects and other professionals.
• Problem-Solving: A solution-oriented approach to address design challenges and project issues.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in drawings, documents, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of Building Codes: Understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Experience: Entry-level positions that provide practical experience and Fresher can also apply.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design work and technical skills can be a significant asset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
