Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and utilities.</li><li>Ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.</li><li>Plan and execute predictive &amp; preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Monitor performance of pumps, valves, reactors, heat exchangers, compressors, and other chemical plant equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for maintenance support.</li><li>Manage breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime.</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.</li><li>Prepare maintenance reports, logbooks, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Supervise technicians and contractors; ensure job quality and safety.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in chemical plants.</li><li>Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of maintenance planning tools and safety practices.</li><li>Team handling and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
