Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and utilities.
• Ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
• Plan and execute predictive & preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, reactors, heat exchangers, compressors, and other chemical plant equipment.
• Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for maintenance support.
• Manage breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare maintenance reports, logbooks, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise technicians and contractors; ensure job quality and safety.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in chemical plants.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning tools and safety practices.
• Team handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
