Responsible for on-site supervision, structural measurements and calculations, worker coordination, and client communication. Role requires flexibility for long shifts and occasional night work.Key responsibilities<ul><li>	Supervise demolition and civil alteration activities on site and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.</li></ul><ul><li>	Calculate and verify dimensions and quantities for civil structures and temporary works.</li></ul><ul><li>	Coordinate daily with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and company workforce to ensure smooth progress.</li></ul><ul><li>	Issue work instructions, monitor workmanship quality, and enforce safety and compliance standards.</li></ul><ul><li>	Prepare concise site reports, progress updates, and material/measurement records.</li></ul><ul><li>	Identify and report structural or site issues; propose practical solutions and get approvals.</li></ul><ul><li>	Manage labour allocation, tasks, and on-site discipline to meet schedules.</li></ul>Required skills and experience<ul><li>	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.</li></ul><ul><li>	Minimum 3&ndash;5 years hands-on experience supervising demolition or heavy civil alteration projects.</li></ul><ul><li>	Strong knowledge of structural elements, site measurements, and ability to perform basic structural dimension calculations.</li></ul><ul><li>	Proven ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.</li></ul><ul><li>	Good communication skills for client coordination and crew management.</li></ul><ul><li>	Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor site conditions; ability to work extended hours and nights when required.</li></ul><ul><li>	Valid safety training or certifications preferred (e.g., construction safety, CPR) and willingness to follow company safety protocols.</li></ul>Working hours and conditions<ul><li>	Full-time, site-based role; available all days as required.</li></ul><ul><li>	Typical shifts up to 8&ndash;12 hours; occasional night shifts possible.</li></ul><ul><li>	Hands-on, physically active work at demolition sites with PPE required.</li></ul>Compensation and benefits<ul><li>	Competitive salary based on experience.</li></ul><ul><li>	Travel allowance or site accommodation as applicable.</li></ul><ul><li>	Statutory benefits as per company policy.</li></ul><ul><li>	Opportunity for overtime pay on extended shifts.</li></ul>How to applyPlease send your CV with a brief cover note highlighting relevant demolition or civil alteration experience and two references to [provide company contact email or WhatsApp number here].
