Medical Equipment BuyerDJS Global Trading Medical &ndash; Doha, QatarJob SummaryDJS Global Trading Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Equipment Buyer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and procurement of medical equipment and healthcare supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery to support healthcare operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and purchase medical equipment, devices, and healthcare supplies from approved vendors.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance, product quality, and market trends.</li><li>Coordinate with healthcare facilities and internal departments to identify purchasing needs.</li><li>Ensure all procured equipment complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and procurement reports.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.</li><li>Track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and cost control for procurement activities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in medical equipment purchasing or procurement.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical devices and healthcare supply markets.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and procurement management software.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of Qatar healthcare and import regulations is an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience dealing with international suppliers and logistics coordination.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Career growth and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive work environment</li><li>Employment benefits as per Qatar labor law</li></ul>Pay: QAR660,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
